Swezey, <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> My dear Mr. Swezey: <br><br> Mrs. Palmer referred to the office the matter of your accepting children of missionaries into the Salt Lake Collegiate Institute on full scholarships. It is the rule of the Board to deal with each applicant of this character on its merits, so I would ask you to send official application for each pupil you wish to take into the Institute on these terms.
