Your explicit letter with the assurance of approval and cordial welcome of other workers has helped me to decide and I have written to New York that I will accept. I thank you for the confidence you place in me. I did not think my rather impulsive conversation with Mrs. Montgomery would end this way tho I see no reason to regret that it has.
