She states to me tha.t you missed three $60.00 payments last year, for the months of February, Hay and December. Even though you make these payments up late) it is a concern to Mrs. Young to wonder when the payments will be coming in. She states she has written to you in the past about that. She has a very solid legal right to expect payments right on time from you. The note you signed states that the whole amount falls due even if you are late on one payment. 1 am advising Nrs. Young to have me elect to have the whole amount of the note ~ome due in total the next time you are late OIl a payment to her without some prior explanation in writing to her. I , write this letter to you only to avoid any misunderstanding the next time this happens. There is nothing personal in this matter on the part of Mrs. Young.
