Neeley, licensed abstracter of titles, duly qualified under the laws of the State of Utah, and authorized under the Rules and Regulations of the Interior Department of the United States, do hereby certify that the foregoing continuation of abstract of title, containing Pages numbered from 47 to 52, inclusive., is a correct abstract of all instruments regularly entered of record, as shown by the records of the Recorder of Summit County, referring to or in any way affecting the title of, in and to that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the county and state aforesaid, and described on the caption page of this abstract of title., from and including the 14th day of April, 1936, at 9 o'clock A.M., to the date of this certificate, to-wit: the lath day of July, 1943, at 9 o'clo~k A.M. between said dates That dm':i:=tr~~=pas:t:~~¥&a:De; the Judgment Docket of the Third Judicial District Court of Summit County, State of Utah, shows no subsisting judgments regularly entered therein against any of the then record title holders of said real estate, except as shown in the within abstract. See Page 51 ·of said abstract. That the Tax Sale Records of Summit County, Utah, as abstracted in the abstract records in the office of the County Recorder of said County, show no unpaid taxes regularly entered against said real estate, except as shown in the within abstract. That this certificate does not cover the lien of taxes for the year 1943 , or the lien of unpaid taxes on personal property not assessed with the real estate.
