Show State of Utah, SSe County of Summit. I, P. H. Neeley, licensed abstracter of titles in and for said county and state, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing abstract of title, containing eight pages, numbered from twen ty- seven to t hi rty-four , inclusive, is a full, true and correct abstract of all instruments that appear of record in the office of the County Recorder of Summit County, Utah, which in any manner affect the title to the real estate described on the caption page of this abstract of title., from December 12th, 1914, at 2 o'clock P.:.l ., to the date of t his certificate, to-wit: SeptembEr 13th, 1935, at 9 o'clock A.i.1. Further, thnt during the last past eight years, the Judgment Docket of the Third District Court of Summit County, Utah, shows no subsisting judgments having been entered therein against any of the then record title holders of said real estate, which said judgments in any manner constitute a lien thereon, except as shown in the within abstract. Further, that the Tax Sale Records of Summit County, Utah, as set forth in the abstract records in tbe office of its County Recorder, show no unpaid taxes against said real estate, except as shown in the within abstract.
