Miscellaneous Records On oath deposes and says: That on February 2, 1931, A. A? Pike and Bertha Pike, his wife, executed a mortgage to him on Lot 16, Block 4, Park City Survey; that said mortgage was recorded in the office of the recorder of Summit County, Utah, on March 5, 1931, in Book 11, page 471, Miscellaneous Records; .,that the said mortgage was made to him in the name of Dr. T. E. 'Clark, mortgagee;' that on June 5,1931 said A. A. Pike and Bertha Pike, his wife, paid said mortgage in full; that affiant on June 5, 1931 delivereQ to A. A. Pike and wife, Bertha Pike a release of mortgage recorded June 8, 1931 in Book 11, page 518, Mortgag e records; tha t affiant signed sa id r elea se, Thomas E. Clark; that Dr. T. E. Clark, the mortgagee above named a tld Thomas E. Clark who signed sa id release above mentioned are one and the same person; that affiant is the person named as Isaid mortgagee and the person who Signed and delivered said jrelease; th6 t arfiant sometimes signs hi s name as Dr. T. 8.
