As we prepare to depart our separate ways, thank you, and I wish you all the best. Thanks for the good times, the soccer, ping-pong, studying, and fellow sufferers on rotations. Thanks to all the professors, attendings, and residents who took time to teach, encourage, inspire. Mostly a special thanks to my dearest wife, for endless patience and understanding, my kids for helping maintain perspective, and parents/family for unwavering support. We now end, to begin again.
