"But the government takes some of it," Delilah said, "every week the man from Montenegroturist comes around and my aunt fills out forms telling how many guests she's had and how much she's made and," she added in a lower voice, "she doesn't always tell the truth." "But Delilah," Mrs. Jovanovic said, "that is like income tax in America and many people do not tell the truth about their income." "You don't have to be a communist here if you don't want to.
