Show THE CHURCH REVIEW.

Epworth League Dept.
Iliff League Notes.
The revival services still continue with unabated interest and definite results. Last week, Friday evening, was one long to be remembered and Dr. Iliff was in his happiest mood and convinced us all by the tenor of his remarks that he meant just what he said when he said "that he was rejoiced to hear when a revival was in progress in any church in the territory, and it made him shout hallelujah." He spoke the sentiment of the Iliff League also, as the action taken by them indicated when pastor Hunt announced that twenty conversions were the result of the extra meetings so far and wished to know whether we should continue our efforts, and forty voted yes and nearly all were loyal Leaguers.
The League was well represented again at last Sunday morning's "Holiness meeting," 7 a. m. Our pastor delivered to us Sunday evening a very helpful sermon on "The Wages of Sin is Death."
Sunday evening at League, Leon Loofbourow our president of the literary department, gave us a clear idea of our subject "The Clean and Unclean."
Mrs. Mary Grant Major will lead our devotional exercises tonight at 9:30, subject, "The Nazarite." References Num. 6: 1-8, Acts 18: 18, Gal. 5: 21. Especially during the revival services let every member remember Christ's words, Matthew 21-22. "And all things whatsoever you ask in prayer, believing ye shall receive." You have heard of "My kingdom for a horse;" well that was the prayer of one of our Leaguers lately and she prayed earnestly for the use of a horse, and the horse was forth coming, to her delight.
The League had a very important business meeting Monday 9 p. m. at the church. Joseph Brady and Charles Rousch, of Ft. Douglas, and Inez Peake, 9183 Second South, were accepted as active members. Let each member be a committee of one to bring someone else in. We regret to state that Bro. Peake, who has so faithfully been our president since May 24th, '94, has deemed it necessary to resign. But such is the case, and we have reason to congratulate ourselves that the League has still enough good timber to choose another bright young earnest Christian man to lead us on to victory. So we at once filled the vacancy by electing Leon Loofbourow who has so wonderfully inspired us as the able Vice president of the literary department. Lulu Short was then elected Third Vice president and requested to also continue her present position of trust as our organist until our regular election of officers, May 20th 1895.
The Secretary is now very busy distributing the following notices to each Leaguer of the Iliff church as requested at the business meeting, to help defray the pastor's salary which must be met before our next conference. There will be a "one dollar League social" given April 26th '95, for the benefit of our pastor. Let every member commence at once to earn a dollar in some way and on the above date relate their thrilling experiences to the multitude present of how they earned 100 cents in thirty days. If you fail to get any other notice than this please accept this and paste it in your hat for the next thirty days. Several members have very spicy suggestions as to how to earn a dollar in a very unique way. I am sure we ought to look forward to April 26th as an evening long to be remembered and as one of the most enjoyable evenings in our lives both for the amusement and profit we will receive then.
Salt Lake City.

Closing Entertainment.
The following is the program for the closing entertainment by Prof. Warman at the Y. M. C. A. tomorrow evening. The Professor is pleased to style this entertainment an "Art Gallery of Word Paintings," and divides it into two rooms.
FIRST ROOM.
The Emigrant's Story.-J. T.
