Show that they are marked sufficiently, though the railroad men may require some tag or label. I think that you can have them sent with the freight payable at this end, but if not I will try and repay you as soon as you let me know. Also let me know the expense of carting them to the freight depot. I shall be under grrat [sic] obligation to you for attending to this matter for me and for forwarding my mail to me so promptly. <br><br> I shall be glad to hear from you and learn of the prospect for the coming school year, <br><br> Very sincerely, <br><br> S. Herbert Anderson <br><br> P.S. It has occurred to me that you might get some reduction from the regular freight rates, if you mentioned that the boxes contained books. By far the greater weight is books. Any reduction that you can get will be greatly appreciated. <br><br> |
