In it the recipes are for 150 people but in the additional recipes, which go with it, the recipes are for 75 people. <br><br> It is not expected that the teachers will be confined to this menu, so that a list of extras for teachers has been suggested which may be enlarged upon, however always remembering that the Woman's Board desires you to look carefully after this expense, and no boarding school in its food for either teachers or pupils ought to be an unnecessary drain upon our treasury.
