Show to go to the Collegiate and would like to room with our daughter. For her sake and for our own Annie's sake I am exceedingly disappointed to find that her father has decided that the only way she can go this year for her to ask you to get her a place to work for her boarding. He is apparently a well to do ranchman, but has a debt to pay off this year. Although 18 years of age Annie is only prepared for the 1st year. For the last four years she has been in our teacher's home here. These last four years being the only good years of school life she has had. <br><br> Miss Taylor feels her loss, but thinks it best for her to go to a larger school, where she will not recite alone. She is a Christian, the oldest in a large family, fond of children, and is in every way a very reliable girl. She has always been very strong & well, willing to do everything & any thing for Miss Taylor. <br> [Continues on next page.] <br><br> |
