After thefe Things are difcufs'd, the Grand- Mafter and his Deputy, the Grand-Wardens, or the Stewards, the Secretary, the Treafurer, the Ckrks, and every other Perion, fhall withdraw, and leave the Maters and Wardens of the particular Lodges alone, in or- ;er to confult amicably about electing a New Grand- Mafter, or continuing the prefent, if they have not done t the Day before 5 and if they are unanimous for continuing the prefent Grand-Mafter, his iVorfhip fhall be call'd in, and humbly defired to do the Fraternity the Honour of ruling, them for the Yearenfuing; and after Dinner it will be known whether he accepts of it or not: For it fhould not be difcover'd but by the Election iticlf. X X X . Then the Mafters and Wardens, and all the Brethren may converfe promifcuoufly, or as they pleaie to fort together, until the Dinner is coming in, when every Brother takes bis Seat at Table. X X X I . Some Time after Dinner the Grand-Lodge is-form'd, not in Retirement, but in the Prefenccof all the Brethren, rvho yet are not Members of it, and muft not rcfore ipeak until they are defired and allowed. XXXII. If the Grand-Mafter of laft Year has con-fented with the Mafter and Wardens in private, before Dinner, to continue for the Year enjumg -, then one of the Grand-Lodge, deputed for that Purpole, fto all re prefent to all the Brethren his W O R SHIP'S good Government, &c. And turning to him* fhall, in the N a m e of the Grand-Lodge, humbly request him to do the Fraternity the great Honour (if nobly bony if n«0 tne great Kindr.efs of continuing to be their Grand-Mafter r the Year enfuing. And1 his Worfhip declaring his Confent by a B o w or a Speech, as he pleafes, the laid deputed Member of the Grand-Lodge fhall proclaim him Grand-Mafter, and all the Members of the Lodge fhall falute him in due Form. And all the Brethren fhall for a few Minutes have leave to declare their Satisfaction,, fetfer, and Congratulation. £x$m. But |
