VIII. N o Set or Number of Brethren fhall withdraw or ieparate themfelves from the Lodge in which they were made #' ethrer, or were afterwards admitted Members, nnleis the Lod^e becomes too numerous ; nor e\ 'without a hibernation from the Grand Mafter or h* Deputy : A n d when they are thus feparated, they muft cither immediately join themfelves to fuch other Lodge as they fhall like beft, with the unanimous Conient of that other Lo.lge to which they go (as above regulated) or elfe they muft obtain the Grand Mafter's Warrant to join in forming a-new Lodge. If any Set or N :,mber of Mafons fhall take upon themfelves to form a Lodge without the Grand Mafter's Vv arrant, the regular Lodges are not to countenance them. nor own them as fair Brethren and duly form'd, nor approve of their Acts and Deeds s but muft treat them as Rebels, until they humble themfelves as the Grand liaftjer fall in his Prudence direct, and until he approve! of 'them by his Warrant, which muft be fignificd to the other Lodges, as the Custom is when a new Lodge is to be regifter'd in the Lift of Lodges. IX. But if any Brother fo far misbehave himfelf as to render his Lodge uneafy, he fhall be twice duly admo-nifti'd by the Mafter or Wardens in a form'd Lodge; and if he will not refrain his Imprudence, and obediently fubmit to the Advice of the Brethren* and reform what gives them Offence, he i all be dealt with according to the By-Laws of that particular Lodge, or elfe i fuch a Manner as the Quarterly Communication (hall » * ° the |
