All Matters are to be detcrmin'd in the Grand-Jo Ig$ by a Majority of Votes, each Member having one Vote* : and the Grand-Mafter having two Votes, unlefs the laid ; Lodge leave any particular Thing to the Determination of the Grand-Mafter, for the Sake of Expedition.
