The Wardens and Stewards fhall, in due Time, wait upon the Grand-Mafter, or his Deputy, for Directions and Orders about the Prcmiffes ; but if his Worfiip and his Deputy are fick, or neccftarily abfent,, they fhall call together the Mafters and Wardens of Lodges to meet on Purpofe for their Advice and Orders 3 or elfe they may take the Matter wholly upon ! themfeh es, and do the beft they can. •The Grand-Wardens and the Stewards arc to account for all the Money they receive, or expend, to the Grand- Lodge, after Dinner, or when the Grand-Lodge ihall think fit to receive their Accounts. If the Grand-Mafter pleafes, he may in due Times ' furnmon all the Mafters and Wardens of Lodges to confult with them about ordering the Grand Feaft, and a-ixwt any Emergency or accidental Thing relating there-unto, that may require Advice 3 or elfe to take it upon himfelf altogether. The Masters of Lodges fhall each appoint one experienced and difcreet Fellow-Craft of his Lodge, to compofe a Committed, confifting of one from every Lodge* who fhall meet to receive, in a convenient Apartment* every Perfon that brings a Ticket, and fhall have Powers to difcourfe him, if they think fit, in order to admit him, or debar him, as they fhall fee Caufe : Provided they fend no Man away before they have acquainted all the Bre;hren within Doors with the Reafons thereof, to a* void M;ftakes 5 that fo no true Brother may be debarr'd, nor a fal fe Brother, or mere Pretender, admitted.
