Here alio the Mafter or the Wardens of each particular Lodge fhall bring and produce a Lift of fuch Members as have been made, or even admitted in their particular Lodges since the laft Communication of the Grand- Zodse i A n d there fhall be a Book kept by the Grand- Mafter, or his Deputy, or rather by ibme Brother w h o m the Grand-Lodge fhall appoint for Secretary, wheicinlriall be recorded all the Locfges, with theirufual Times and Places of forming, and the Names of all the Members of each Lodge, and all the Affairs of the Grand-Lodge that are proper to be written. Threy fhall alfo consider of the rnoft prudent and ef-fcctjaai Methods of collecting and difpofing of what Money fhall be given to, or lodged with them in Charity, towards the Relief only of any true Brother fallen into Poverty or Decay, but of none elfe : But every particular Lodge.fhall difpofe of their own Charity for poor ^Brethren, according to their own By-Laws, ^ until it be agreed by all the Lodges (in a new Regulation) to carry in the Charity collected by them tothe Grand-Lodge, at the Quarterly or Annual Communication, in order to make a common Stock of it, for the more handfome Relief of poor Brethren. They fhall alfo appoint a Trenfurer, a Brother of good worldly Subftanoc, w h o lhall be a Member of the Grand- Lodge by virtue of his Office, and fhall be always prefent, and have Power to move to the Grand-Lodge any thing, cfpecially what concerns his Office.
