I. >T1 H E Grand Mafter or his Deputy hath Authori- •*• ty and Right, ho only ro be prefent in any true Lodge, but alfo to prefi.e nerever he is, with the Ma* fter of the Lodge on his J eft-hand, and to order his Grand-Wardens to attend him, who are not to act in particular Lodges as Wardens, but in his Prefence, and at his C o m m a n d $ becaufe there the Grand-Mafter may com* mandthe Wardens of that Lodge, or any other Brethren hepleafeth, to attend and act as his Wardens pro tempore. If. T h e Mafter of a particular Lodge, has the Right and Authority of congregating the Members of his Loclgeinto a Chapter at pleafure, upon any Emergency or Occurrence, as well as to appoint the time and place of their u-iual forming: A n d in cafe of Sickneis, Death, or necef-fary Ahfence of the Mafter, the fenior Warden ihall aft as Mafter pro tempore, if no Brother is prefent who has been Mafter of that Lodge before ^ for in that Cafe the ah fent Matter's Authority reverts to the laft Mafter then prefect |
