Show Thirdly, That all Mafons aflembling in-proper Lodge at any Place, fhould fubmit to the antient Ceremonial of Conftitution, which, without all Doubt is the ftrongeft Cement of Mafonry. Fourthly, That Provincial Grand-Mafters fhould be commifllon'd by Deputation from the General Grand- Ma(ler, who, in their particular Provinces, in every Re. fpect, are to be inverted with the fame Power as the General Grand-Mafter.
