Attention: Mr. Charles E. Corker Dear Sir: Pursuant to the telephone request of July 25, from Mr. Charles E. Corker of your staff and in confirmation of our advice by telephone to him this date, by copy of this letter there are being sent to Mr. Corker two copies of tabulations showing waters of the Colorado River allotted to Mexico by the 1944 Water Treaty during the period, January through June 1957* This tabulation brings up to date, insofar as the records are now available, the data furnished in my letter to you of June 17, 1957* Please note that the records for the first three months of 1957 are final, and are certified as such by the Secretary of this Section of the Commission; whereas the records for April, May, and June are preliminary. With further reference to my June 17, 1957 letter to you and the tabulations enclosed therewith, we have found that the tabulation for the year 1953 contained a typographical error in the discharge for the wasteways froni the Yuma Project discharging into the limitrophe section of the Colorado Hiver. The discharge for the month of August, 1953 should be 2,710 instead of 2,700 acre-feet and the corresponding annual quantity is 46,190 instead of 46,180 acre-feet. Duplicate copies of a tabulation showing this correction are also being transmitted to Mr, Corker. Will you kindly therefore substitute these revised 1953 copies for those previously furnished.
