Show WHEREAS, it is shown by oertain papers filed in the office of the Commissioner of the General Land Office by the duly authorized attorney of the southern Pacific Railroad Company with his letter of April 30, 1902, that said Jouthern Pacific Railroad Company is the successor by consolidation of the Southern Paoific Railroad Company of California; and WHEREAS, the following tracts have been listed under the Acts afora-tt-id by the duly authorized land agent of the said Southern lacific Rf-ilroad Company of California, or its successors, as shown by his original lists approved by the local land officers and now on file in the General Land Office; and r/HEKii.S, the said treots of land lie coterminous to the constructed line of said road, within twenty miles thereof, and are particularly described ?:r follows, to wit: oan Bernardino Meridian, California.
