Nicholas,, County Road Commissioner for the County of San Bernardino, State of California, do hereby certify that the attached letter is a true and accurate copy of a letter from the San Bernardino County Counsel to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colorado River Agency, Parker, Arizona, dated January 3, 1954, transmitting (1) a resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino dated December 27, 1954 authorizing the execution of an application to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for a right of way for a public highway across a portion of the Fort Mohave Indian Reservation, (2) the application authorized by said resolution, and (3) a map showing the location of the requested right of way. I further certify that the attached resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino, the attached application for a right of way for a public highway across the Fort Mohave Indian Reservation, and the attached map showing the location of said right of way are true and correct copies of the items transmitted to the Bureau of Indian Affairs by the San Bernardino County Counsel by letter of January 3, 1954. I do further certify that the date shown on the letter of transmittal as January 3, 1954 is the date shown on the original letter, said date being in error and should have read January 3, 1955.
