Show OHI interview with Yasuko K. Yasuda 4/16/84 9 a nice thing to say, but couples who are constantly fighting with each other, their children will follow suit. If I did not do as I did, sacrifice, there would re no peace or harmony in the family. It is written in the Bible, sacrifice, that rather than get help fran people you should help others. Fran the time, I was rorn, I think God taught me that. Since way back, we were worshippers and I made pilgrimages with rey mother to all the shrines and tBnples so I think God had protected me. Even now I am living alone here and friends ask me, "Yasuda san, aren't you lonesane all by yourself?" "I am always with my Heavenly Father- I am not lonely." When I am cooking here in the kitchen, I a.l.rrnst spill hot water on me but my Heavenly Father is always protecting me. I relieve that those who keep God's Comnandrrents, He will protect. Those who do not follow his Camnandrrents; for example, may spill hot water on their hands or feet and get burned. Reason why I never got burned is because rey Heavenly Father is protecting me. Even if I spill hot water, I don't get burned I always offer a prayer immediately saying, "Heavenly Father, thank you very much." I have been here a.l.rrnst twenty years. |
