Crimson mentor Vadal Peterson watched his Utah basketball machine win their first game of the year, as after losing to the Aggies in the initial tilt, 45-29, the Utes retaliated with a narrow 35-34 triumph in Saturday's contest. Although both Kinner and James were removed from the game on personal fouls, the Redskins rallied strongly to sweep to victory. Larson saved the game with nine fourth quarter points. Outstanding: Utah forward Larson, invincible center Kinner whose passing and ball retrieving overshadowed his point total of thirteen. (Left) Crowton (No. 11) sinks a set-up for Brig-ham Young.
