Show UNION BUILDING MANAGER . Development of Utah's much used student Union building into the center of University extra-curricular and social activities has been Manager Douglas O. Woodruff's chief problem. Resultant heavy demand by all organizations for the splendid building facilities and increasingly larger attendance at student functions gauge able-manager Woodruff's success. Moffatt, class of '94 and president of the Utah Alumni Association.
