They all help to fill an important place in campus activity. Without them we would lack something of completeness and unity. Our publications during the past year, have, in every way, measured up to the greatest of our expectations. They have done their part toward making the school year the success it has been. We are proud of them. We can boast of five excellent publications, each one of a different type. "The Chronicle," the weekly newspaper, keeps us posted on all the "doings" on our campus and in the outside world. The "Pen" is published at intervals, to keep us in touch with the best literary talent on the campus. "The Humbug" furnishes the humor which keeps us from becoming too long-faced after days and days of studying. "The Utonian" is the annual book, which means so much to us all. Lastly, we mention the "The Squeal," which is an annual outburst of an accumulation of scandal, a collaboration by the male literary geniuses on the campus. 182 |
