Twenty-nine farming and grazing leases have been executed upon which no action has been taken. Colville Agency, Wash.-One grazing lease covering nonreservation allotment No. 7. The term is three years. The conaideration is 339 cents per acre per annnm. Qrande Ronde Reservation, 0reg.-One farming lease., The length of term is three years. The consideration to be paid is $1 per acre per annum. Qreen Bay Agency, Wis.-One farmiug lease on the Oneida Reserva-tion. This lease is drawn in favor of Charles F. Peirce, superintendent of the Oneida Indian Industrial School, the land being leased for the use of that school. The length of termis one year. The consideration is $2.50 per acre. Nez Perch Agency, Idaho.-Twenty-eight farming and grazing leases, two business leases, and two mining leases. The term is from one to three years for farming and grazing leases; three and ten years for business leases, and ten years for mining leases. The prevailing price for farming and grazing leases is $1.50 per acre per annum, though some pieces are leased as low as 75 cents per acre, while a few are leased as high as $2.50 per acre. The prices piid for business leases are$100 for 1&ac res, and $40 for 10 acres per annnm. The terms are three and ten years, respectively. The con'sideration paid for mining leases is 15 per cent of the products of the mines. Omaha and Winnebago Agency, Nebr.-One hundred and nineteen farm-ing and grazing leases and one business lease on the Omaha Reservik tion, and 78 farming and grazing leases on the Winnebago Reservation. The leases are for one, three, and five years. The prices are about the same as last year, ranging from 25 cents per acre per annum for gradng lands to $2.50 per acre for the best farming lands. For raw, unbroken lands the average price is 75 cents per acre per annnm. For average farming lands, where small improvemerlts have been made, the prevail-ing price is $1 per acre. The price paid for the business lase is $5 per acre. The term is one year. Ponca, Pawnee, etc., Agency, Okla-One hundred and th6ty-four farm-ing and gradng leases by the Ponca Indians, 97 leases by the Pawnee Indians, and 59 leases by the Tonkawa Indians. The leases are for one, three, four, four and a half, and five years. The prices range from 25 cents per acre per annum for grazing lands to $1.14 per acre for farming-lands. Most of the leases call for the erection of certain improvements in addition to the money consideration.
