Description crusty bread, and some home-cured ham and many good wi s hes, climbed into the wagon for the trip to Salt Lake City. In the Endowment House the next day they were sealed as husband and stay with friends in Salt Lake City the couple the girl from Denmark now resigned as queen by the side of her beloved Lund. Christiana bore six children of her own. One died in infancy. She was a loving mother, grandmother, a gracious hostess and friend. She took her place beside her husband with President, Mayor, Legislator and other important positions. She cared for the family and affairs at home while Christian served as Mission President in Denmark. Her life was filled with hard work, but happiness as she devoted her time and efforts to caring for the family and making the home a place where everyone was welcome.
