Show The Bountiful Business and Professional Homen's Club recognizes that outstanding sponsored by the Utah State Federation of Business and Professional Homen's G.ubs is the Young Career Woman Program. However, this Club feels that certain changes might make this program even more effective in the future. Therefore, this Club one of the events hereby recommends: 1. 2. That in the future only speak-offs be held at the District level and that all contestants be permitted to compete at the State Convention, where one winner would be selected by a group of judges who had previously been furnished with complete biographies of the contestants, such biographies, identified by number only, to be given to the judges not less than one week prior to the That a State Convention. committee be set up to schedule activities for the young at the State Convention, such activities being designed to blend suitably with other convention activities. women contestants Thathe 3. That the program for the young women be designed to better acquaint them with the goals and activities of BPW and to.stress more closely the self-improvement these young women might gain from their association and sharing of ideas and with the other other participants at the State Convention. Therefore, it is hereby suggested that these recommendations be taken under consideration and brought before the proper persons in order that they might be incorporated in future programs.
