Show MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING OF THE UTAH FEDERATION OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S CLUBS SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, MARCH 16, 1941 - The Executive Board of the Utah Federation of Business and Professional's Women's Clubs met'at the1fewh6\iSe'Hotel March 16,(I94I,lt Lake Utah, 9 a.m., President Anne R. Price presiding. - CitY, President Price asked for the appointment of Grace Boyle of Ogden as Club Historian in Blanche Pittman's place. It was moved and seoonded that the appointment be made. Motion carried. President Price announced that Elizabeth Fitzgerald had resigned as International Relations Chairman and ask_ht Grace Cheever of Provo be appointed to fill the vaoancy. and carried. Motioel' The appointment of Tecla Jaoobsen for Health Chairman was asked for, Motion was made for the aoceptance, was seconded and carried. The motion was made that no appointment be made for Publioations, it was 80 near the end of the year and that publicity handle publications, with the help of the Convention Chairman, Myrta Hales of Ogden. Motion seoonded and carried. as Mae Bramwell, TreasuDer, asked for the disposition of the '30.00 that had been voted for the use of the Speoial Legislative Com,ittee if As there had been no need of USing the $30.00, a motion was needed. made to have the money remain in the general fund.
