As Miss Claire Haines is one of the members of our Club, and is the only woman certified public accountant in the State, I thought it might be a wise thing to ask her to take this respons The State Consitution makes the Executive Board ment of an ibility. You will know that the amount set up in the budget for this purpose is very small, but I think we could get Miss Haines to furnish the audit for the amount we will be able to pay her. If, however, you have someone else that you would prefer, as a do not hesitate to make that fact Board is to see that someone is known, because our only responsibility appointed, and that a report is ready for the Convention. Will you please send to me, by return mail, your approval of Miss Haines or someone else whom you wish appointed to furnish this information.
