W'hereas, therefore be it Resolved that the Utah Federation of urge the utah Legislature at its next session, to amend such law or laws as may be necessary so as to empowe r the state Industrial Commission to extend to men and boys between\the ages of 18 and 21 years, the same proteotion, as do now as tohours of servioe, wages and working conditions, and minors in the women be or in future provided for, may apply to, Now.
