Manning, National Legisltion Chairman, who gave her first speech as a ra tional Chairman on 11 Legis lative Procedure", and lJe: tional Legislative policies. Mrs. Jeannette GgTner_gave a talk on "Utah Minimum .:age and Max i mum hours for Women and Chiren. Discussion followed Mrs. Garner's talk. Mrs. Almeda Perry Brown, State Research Director t& talked on "The place Occupied blTJ 1; omen in Economic Structure", wi th a on Public Chairman and Affairs Hazel Peterson, by follow-up asoistant to Mrs. Brown, on what had been accomplished during the past year.
