The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Utah State Fed eration of Business and Professional Women's Clubs was held March 31, 1940, Liberty Hotel, St. George, Utah, 9:45 a.m., PreSident Anne R. Price, presiding. President Price called the meeting to order and gave a warm wel to the members attending the meeting and complimented tle Olubs on the fine work they had done during the year. come The President appoited Alice Pendleton Acting Finance and Thelma Reseigh Acting Health Chairman in the absence Chs.irmen.
