Methods Description of test methodology. Identification of the test substance and description of its stability. Description of the test concentrations. Source of test organisms. Description of the statistical methods employed for analyzing the data. Results Summary of water quality conditions existing during the tests. Summary of the responses of the test specimens to the test material. Summary of analytical results. Quality Assurance Deviations from the protocol not addressed in protocol amendments will be listed, with a discussion of the impact on the study, and the Study Director.
