Show The following proposed numbers on the program of the master Minds and Artists Series for the season 1939-40 were firesented by the President on recommendation r'of the Director of the Extension Division for the Board‘s action. After a discussion of the different numbers, Regent Hughes moved that the program.be adopted on the Chairman's approval and the Chairman and the Secretary ' be authorized to sign the necessary contracts.
