UTAH SHEET N o . . 72 Schedule No. 24 CHURCH AND SCHOOL SERVICE APPLICABILITY This schedule is applicable under contract for a term of not less than one year to all buildings owned and operated by churches as religious institutions and for religious purposes only, and to all buildings owned by cities, towns, counties, or the State of Utah and operated as schools for public use and when the same is contracted for and paid for directly by the proper authorities of such churches or such schools. Included with the churches will be the adjoining recreation or social halls if they are owned and operated solely by the church authorities as a part of the church work. Included with the schools will be the adjoining gymnasiums or recreation buildings if they are owned and operated solely by the school authorities as part of the school work. Buildings used for residences or commercial purposes may not be included under this schedule, but will be served under appropriate schedules. Service will be furnished at standard voltages for lighting, appliances, and single phase motors up to 7% horsepower. TERRITORY Within the territory served in Iron, Washington and Kane Counties, Utah. RATES Energy Charge First 1,500 Kwhr, per kwhr. Next 3,000 Kwhr, per kwhr. Over 4,500 Kwhr, per kwhr.
