Show -5- in and to all and any right which I may thereby have acquired to appropriate any of the waters of the Colorado River at the place described in said notice as the point of intended diversion. Petit, known to me to be the person described in and whose name is subscribed to the within instrument, and he acknowledged to me that he executed the same.
