This question arises no doubt from the fact that he has never pushed this class of work and has never called attention to it in his advertisements.
He does and always has done the work in a most artistic manner.
In order that the highest degree of excellence may be attained in the construction of artificial teeth it is essential that several important requirements should be artistically combined.
Of these the shade, form, position and expression of the teeth demand especial attention, and also the proper adaptations of the denture to the mouth, insuring comfort and mastication, distinctness of enunciation and perfect restoration of the form of the face.
These results Dr. Griswold most satisfactorily accomplishes by his new and modern methods in constructing these really artistic substitutes.
First-He has the advantage of having a large stock of teeth to select from, this gives him the opportunity of securing teeth with all the delicate tints and shades peculiar to those of nature to suit the case in hand.
Second-By his system the sunken portions of the face are raised by means of prominences made upon the dentures of such form and size as to restore its original contour and expression.
Third-The teeth can be arranged either symmetrically or irregularly, gold fillings can be placed in the artificial teeth to give them a more natural appearance if so desired.
Fourth-Dr. Griswold mounts artificial teeth on all the basis known to dentistry. Continuous gum work by which is produced an absolute perfect imitation of nature. These are the most expensive. Next comes the gold plate. This is really beautiful work of which Dr. Griswold does much.
There are then platinum--aluminum and silver used for plates. Lastly there is the rubber plate, on which most artificial plates are mounted They are the least expensive and very satisfactory as the best results can be obtained in giving expression to the mouth and comfort to the wearer if care is given in the manufacture.
If you as a wearer of artificial teeth have trouble with your plates, consult Dr. Griswold. He will make teeth you can wear with comfort.

EATING HIS LIFE,
Yes, I have used Dr. G. W. Shores' treatment and medicines and I am glad to speak of my experiences with him. I want to say right in the beginning that if I hadn't got Dr. G. W. Shores' help when I did I would have been dead in two weeks," The speaker was Mr. C. A. Layton, a well known resident of Layton, Davis county, Utah. In fact, his family settled that district in the early days and the town bears his family name. Continuing, he said: "I had suffered for two or three years, but the last six months just before beginning Doctor Shores' treatment was the worst. I was weak and run down in every way.
"Most of the time I couldn't walk out of the house. My appetite was variable and I gained no strength or health from what I ate. For a long time I had passed all kinds of small worms, and I knew, of course, that was the serious trouble with me. I went from one doctor to another I and took medicine after medicine, but not one of them or a particle of their medicines did me more good than a drink of water, so that when I began Doctor Shores' treatment I was not only just about ready to give up but I was discouraged, had pretty nearly lost all hope; but the first medicine Doctor Shores gave me I could feel made the turning point in my disease and drove the worms from my system. It is an actual fact, that the last his medicine did for me was to pass off any number of intense white worms thick as two fingers, then I began to get strong. No one could have been any worse than I was and live. All there is about it is that Dr. G. W. Shores saved my life.
Dr. Shores treats and cures catarrh and all diseases of the eye, ear, nose, throat, lungs, stomach, liver, kidneys and bladder. Office Hours-Forenoon, 9 to 12.
