Show Class of 1912VflEi» 'HE FRESHMAN CLASS OF 1912 entered the University of Utah last fall Sl j to make this institution its home for the next four years. In the short^^^^ period that it has been here, it has exceeded the expectation of all upper classmen. Not only did the members manifest their class and college patriotism in the flag-rush and in meeting the campus rules fairly, but they also entered into the pursuit of their studies with the same spirit. They have distinguished themselves in all the branches of college activities. The first team in basketball is composed almost entirely of Freshmen students and splendid material has been offered for the advancement of football, four of the members making the first team. Certainly this class has displayed its ability in dramatics, since half of the cast are of its number.Although our debating team, after close competition, was defeated by the Sophomores, it will surely be victorious next year. With everything before us and nothing behind, we sign ourselves,LOUIS PADDISON, President.HAROLD E. HOLMAN, Vice President.VIVIAN TOLHURST, Secretary.SPENCER P.
