Show - T. - Superintendent Eneale called my attention to ths experience ha and his employeos had had when they tested some of the breaking plows which had been purchased from Soars, Roebuck 6 Company. In tho plowing of throa acres of land quite free from stones or other obstructions, within tho Agency grounds, eight plow shares • ' W ' ' ' Ought to ce were broken. I am strongly of opinion that tho purchase of implements under tha provision of tho Trsaty cf 13S8, 30 far, at least, as the Indiana in the DIntah Basin aro concerned, ought to be discontinued at once.
