Show Indians as provided by the original act of October 1, 1890. In his reply of November 27, 1911, the First Assistant ; the land Secretary of the Interior held that/within the relinquished , portion of the Round Valley Reservation belonged in the y-second class mentioned abqve; that the title of the Indians thereto would not become extinguished until the lands were_ finally sold; that the Indian Service had jurisdiction.thereof for the benefit.of the Indians until that time; and that "the Indians are rightfully entitled to the use and benefit . of the lands x x x x until, they shall have been yy'- ' • A • *• A y' 7. ;• • .- n . *'. g Y w* '-:.. .•-. .
