"A biil to amen'd an act entitled 'An act to grant the right of way to the Pittsburg, Columbus and Fort Smith Railway Com-pany through the Indian Territory, &d for other purposes."' The hill seeks to change the corporate name of thecompany from the Pittsburg, Columbus and Port Smith Railmay Company to The Kansas City, Pittsbnrgand Fort Smith Railway Company, and to extei~dth e time within which the company may ,oonstru~tth e first 100 miles of the road to three years from the passage of the bill instead of three years from June 30,1890, as provided in tho original act.
