The Secretary read the following report on the additions to the Society's Menagerie during the month of December 1901 :- The registered additions to the Society's Menagerie during the month of December 1901 were 51 in number. Of these 11 were acquired by presentation and 4 by purchase, 6 were born in the Gardens, and 30 were received on deposit. The total number of departures during the same period, by death and removals, was 146. Dr. A. S. Woodward, F.R.S., exhibited a newly-discovered upper molar tooth of a Fossil Horse, Onohippidium, from the cavern near Consuelo, in Last Hope Inlet, Patagonia \ This specimen was fixed in the bone and carried traces of the soft parts.
