Show BY-LAWS ARTICLE I I Membership, Sec. 1. Application of a club for membership in the Federation shall be made through the Feder ation Membership Chairman. The club shall accom pany its application with a list of the names, ad dresses, and occupations of its officers and mem bers, and with three copies of its Constitution and By-Laws. Sec. 2. If the club membership is found by the Federation President and Membership Chairman to conform to Federation II requirements (Article of the Constitution) they shall each endorse the application and forward it, together with three copies of the Club Constitution and By-Laws to the National headquarters. Sec. 3 National Acceptance of these instruments by the Federation and issuance of a National charter, which shall be countersigned by the Presi dent of the State Federation, shall complete re quirements for club membership in the Federation Sec. 4. Any member of a local club whose dues paid in full for the current fiscal year, and who changes her place of residence to the locality of another local club, may apply for transfer to that club. A member so applying may become a regular member if accepted by the local club to which she applies, and shall pay dues accordingly at the beginning of the next fiscal year. are Sec. 5. This Federation shall be affiliated with the National Federation of Business and Profes sional Women's Clubs, Incorporated, and every club holding membership in the State Federation shall automatically become a part of the National Feder ation, paying dues accordingly. Article II. Dues Sec. 1. Annual dues for club membership in the Federation shall be one dollar per capita. 15 |
