Local club Treasurers remit National and State dues DIRECT TO THE STATE TREASURER, who forwards the National dues to the National Trea surer. State Treasurer furnishes each club Trea with forms for SUbmitting list and dues, which forms she has received from the National office. Four copies are to be sent to the State Treasurer and the fifth is retained by the local club. The State Treasurer sends three copies to the National office and retains the fourth in her files. The names should be arranged on the lists in alphabetical order and numbered and notation made by each name as to whether the member is a renewal (R) or a new member (N). Vocational information must be given as requested, and the correct title (whether Miss, Mrs. Dr., etc.) and great care should be taken to give the correct mailing address to which the Independent Woman magazine is to be sent. Changes in mailing address should be promptly re ported to the State Treasurer, who forwards the information to the National Treasurer.
