Show Grafton typically shows up in media articles and tourist guides about western U.S. ghost towns. (For example, see the attached partial article from November 1997 Historic Traveler.) As a result it gets regular visitation from national and international visitors. The site is also used regularly for local events such as annual (LDS Church) fathers & sons outings, Boy Scout activities, and family reunions. Weddings are a regular feature at the church/school. In their present condition the buildings represent a life safety hazard to visitors and a legal liability to their owners. Stabilizing the buildings and providing reliable interpretive information will result in a safe, entertaining and educational experience for all visitors to the site.
