Show THE ADVISORY COUNCIL The Act establishing the Commission provides for an Advisory Council consisting of Federal liaison officers from departments and agencies having an interest in or responsibility for the retention, management, or disposition of the public lands and 25 other members representative of various major citizen groups interested in problems relating to the retention, management, and disposition of the public lands.
