Show The Board of Home Missions.<br> George F. McAfee, D.D., <br> Superintendent of School Work, <br> 156 Fifth Avenue, <br> New York. <br><br> Instructions for Compiling Annual Report. <br> I. After 3, first page, write Post Office in full, and plainly. <br> II. Fill each blank from 4 to 9 correctly. Be careful to give the whole number of pupils, Sabbath scholars, and members of Young People's Societies enrolled, and conversions reported, since April 1st 1904, and not simply since school opened in the fall of 1904. <br> III . Under "Needs for the New Year" make as accurate an estimate of expenses for the year beginning April 1st, 1905, and ending March 31st, 1906, as possible. "School Expenses" include not only "Books, Stationery, Desks, etc.", but all necessary outlay for fuel, lights, janitor's service, etc.; and for a boarding school there must also be added food, clothing and other necessary expenses connected therewith. <br> IV. Under "Repairs and Improvements" describe what is needed in the way of repairs on buildings, both exterior and interior; also amount and kind of furniture and furnishings required for dormitory, dining room, kitchen and laundry; also wells, cisterns, fences wagons, teams, harness or farm machinery needed to properly equip school, home, shop and farm. <br> V. "New Buildings." For what purpose; what size; what cost. <br> Note 1. If any considerable amount of "Repairs" are needed it would be advisable to have an estimate of cost made by a reliable mechanic. <br> Note 2. The Report should be completed and mailed as per addressed envelopes enclosed, not earlier than March 15th and not later than March 18th, 1905.
