Sweazey, <br> Salt Lake Collegiate Institute <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> My dear Mr. Sweazey:- <br><br> Yours of the 3rd inst. relative to balancing of accounts to January 1st, is in hand. In response I would say that our records agree with yours in that they show a balance due us of one cent to December 31st, and I would acknowledge receipt of stamp enclosed to balance. <br><br> We do not wish included in the account of any month the balance due you from the preceding month, as we will remit such balance when the account has been passed upon by the Board. If, however, you have a balance in hand over and above your expenses, you may carry that into the next month, account under the head of receipts, thus crediting us with the same, as we do not wish you to return to us any balance in hand of any amounts sent you direct from this office. <br><br> With kindest regards, I remain, <br><br> Yours very truly, <br><br> H.
